Darrell Campbell, Chairman
Darrell has extensive experience interacting with State and National Government officials, especially in the areas of Economic Development.
His gaming experiences include the following: Executive Director of the Gaming Commission for the Prairie Island/Treasure Island Casino. He was instrumental in starting the department and has advised other Tribal Casinos in the development of their Gaming Commissions.

Elected to the Tribal Council of the Prairie Island Indian Community in 1996, he has held the position of Tribal Council President, Treasurer, and Secretary. This Council oversees over 2000 employees.  He resigned in 2003 to begin a business in South Dakota.

Darrell now holds 3 patents on a very successful product known as “Safety Suites.” This unit is a folding, telescoping horse corral that attaches to the side of a horse trailer for use when stopping for travel breaks.

Lynn Rapp, President
Lynn Dee Rapp, an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, President of Seven Generations, Inc., a family owned gaming development company, and owner of Eagle Opportunity, a private consulting business for American Indian Tribes and their entities focusing on financial issues.

Lynn recently retired as a Senior Vice President and a Registered Wealth Advisor for Morgan Stanley. She holds a BS degree in administration and a nursing degree.  In addition, Lynn completed the graduate program on the Critical Elements of Consulting at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.  She has been a long-term foster care provider and directed the Maternal-child Health Adolescent Pregnancy Program from 1978-1982.

Lynn is a former chairperson of the National Congress of American Indian’s Finance and Investment Committee.  She has provided educational programs for the National Indian Gaming Association, the National Indian Education Association, the American Indian Higher Education Association and the IMN Native American Finance Conference.

Active in her local community, Lynn has served on the Board of Directors of the Rapid Loan Fund (an economic development loan program for Rapid City), and directed the Indian Events at the Black Hills Stock Show.  Lynn is a member of the National Congress of American Indians, has served on the Board of Directors of the National Center of American Indian Enterprise Development and has been a member of the International Habitat for Humanity’s American Indian Board and First Nations Development (Strengthening Native American Philanthropy) Board.

Lynn will be in charge of day-to-day operations of the Company.  Lynn and her husband, Darrell Campbell, have homes at Prairie Island Indian Community in Minnesota and Buffalo Gap, South Dakota.
